Woodbury Corporation provides a 401K retirement plan to all associates as least 21 years old to help prepare for retirement. Woodbury matches 33% on the first 6% of each paycheck saved to the 401k! That’s up to 2% free money! The matching money from Woodbury becomes yours over time. At two years you own 20% and it goes up 20% every year. After six years of service, you own 100% of Woodbury contributions.
Investing is simple. You can build your own portfolio from the available investments in the plan or use the Target Date funds designed with an appropriate level of risk based on your age.

Income From Tips
As a way to encourage guests to tip associates who provide excellent service, we partnered with the software company, E-Tip. Guests scan a barcode that takes them to an E-Tip site where they can easily send a tip to the associate they wish to reward.
