Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Employees are provided with $5,000 of Life and AD&D insurance as part of your core benefits. 1S employees working a minimum of 20 hours a week are provided with $5,000 of coverage. This coverage is completely free to employees — Snowbird pays the premiums. Additionally, you have the option to convert your coverage if you retire, lose eligibility or terminate your employment with Snowbird.
