Voluntary Health Coverage For Your Pets

Nationwide provides coverage for veterinary expenses related to accidents and illnesses. Policies are available for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets. Additional Coverage available for advertising and reward expenses, emergency boarding, loss due to theft, and mortality benefit.

My Pet Protection

  • $250 Annual Deductible

  • $7,500 Annual Maximum

  • Covers: accidents, illnesses, procedures, x-rays, behavioral treatments, prescription diets, and nutritional supplements

  • Chronic and hereditary condition coverage included

  • No age limitation

  • Pre-existing conditions are not covered

My Pet Protection with Wellness

  • $250 Annual Deductible

  • $7,500 Annual Maximum

  • Covers: accidents, illnesses, procedures, x-rays, behavioral treatments, prescription diets, and nutritional supplements

  • Chronic and hereditary condition coverage included

  • No age limitation

  • Pre-existing conditions are not covered
