Venafi / Additional Team Member Benefits

Venafi payroll is based on 24 pay periods each year. Pay dates are the 15th & last day of each month. If either of these fall on a weekend or holiday, payday will be on the previous work day.

Venafi Team Members will accrue 3.08 hours each week. Up to the maximum of 160 hours. Negative hours need to be approved by your People Leader.

Stock option amounts are agreed to in the formal offer letter. However, the stock options are not actually granted until the board formally grants the options in their meetings. Board meetings typically occur quarterly, so a team member may have to wait for a month or two after the commencement of their employment in order to receive their stock grant. After the options are approved by the board, the grant will then be entered into E-Trade.

Team members will then receive a welcome email from E-Trade with instruction on how to set up the account and the grant. The ticker symbol team members should use for the setup is P114. All new hire grant options vest 25% on their one-year anniversary date, and then 1/48th each month thereafter.

GPP fitness offers daily workouts free to all Venafi Team Members. All of the workouts and instructional videos can be found on the GPP Fitness website. GPP Fitness also offers live SLC Office classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm.
Other services offered through GPP Fitness include personal training, nutritional assessments, goal assessments, and educational seminars. These benefits may have an additional cost.
