Major Medical Comprehensive plan: dogs and cats must be between 8 weeks and 9 years old for new enrollment. New illnesses only. Does not include conditions pre-existing to enrollment. Premiums vary based on the age of the pet, species, size (as an adult), plan type, deductible and state of residence. You can choose from the following plans:

Avian & Exotic Animal Plans
For Avian and Exotic Pet Plan coverage: Birds need to be 3 months old and have been in the owner’s possession for a minimum of 60 days prior to enrollment. Rabbits, guinea pigs, snakes and other common exotic pets must be at least 6 weeks of age. You can choose from the following plans:
